Responsibilities:
- Report to account director, lead team to diliver great work to retainer clients.
- Internal team, cross-function and supplier management, delivering the best quality of work possible, on time and within budget
- Team management and coaching, improving the team capabilities and work engagement.
- Potential business development and pitching.
Qualifications:
- Strong interests in interactive marketing and social marketing , with good learning attitude and capabilities;
- Over 2-years working experience in online advertising or interactive marketing; has successful case in planning and execution;
- Positive, enthusiastic, hard – working, mature personality, independent thinking and Solid problem-solving skills;
- Good team player, excellent interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English.
